Our Company

Lumsy began in the most natural way, in our own kitchen.

We started making small jars of homemade baby food for friends and family, using only fresh, organic, and seasonal ingredients. It was a simple act of love, a way to give little ones the purest start in life.

Word quickly spread. People loved the honest taste, the wholesome ingredients, and the care behind every jar. What began as a family habit soon grew into a passion, and then into a mission.

That’s how Lumsy was born: Born in the UK - Made for Family.
We keep the same love and trust of homemade food, blending traditional care with a forward-thinking vision for healthy, sustainable eating.

We’re Francesco Sistu and Lorenzo Zarelli, both from Sardinia, where organic farming and a love for food are part of our roots. After over a decade in London’s vibrant hospitality world, we’re now bringing that expertise back to the community, one jar at a time.

  • Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2–3 days.

  • Yes. You can gently warm the contents before serving. Always stir well and check the temperature before feeding.

  • Yes. Both our glass jars and metal lids are fully recyclable.
